Study of surgical management of distal femur fracture using locking compression plate

Introduction: Distal femur fracture are being treated with distal nail, dynamic condylar screw and even addition of a medial plate good clinical results. By this study, we explore the potenti ability locking to counter fractures extra articular, partial or intra- articular nature. Positive results have been brought out by various groups from all over world.
